Reactive Oxygen Species Assay Kit - 1000 Tests
The Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Assay Kit uses the cell-permeant probe 2’,7’-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFDA) to sensitively detect and quantify intracellular ROS in live cells. Once inside the cell, DCFDA is deacetylated and oxidized by ROS to generate a bright green fluorescent signal, which can be measured by fluorescence microscopy or a plate reader. This easy-to-use assay provides a reliable way to monitor oxidative stress, screen antioxidants, and study ROS-related cellular processes.
