Tris-MOPS-SDS Instant Granules

Tris-MOPS-SDS (hereinafter referred to as MOPS ) is a white to off-white instant granule. MOPS instant granules refer to the MOPS buffer ( 50 mM Tris , 50 mM MOPS , 1 mM EDTA , 0.1% SDS ) used in daily experimental work in the form of instant granules. MOPS instant granules are simple and fast to use, without the need for tedious preparation processes such as calculation, weighing, and pH adjustment . They can be used immediately after taking them. In addition, the standardized large-scale production process of MOPS instant granules can avoid errors in the manual preparation process and ensure the intra-batch and inter-batch stability of the buffer. MOPS buffer is a protein gel electrophoresis buffer widely used in biological experiments. It is suitable for general SDS-PAGE protein electrophoresis, especially for PAGE gel in Bis-Tris system . It is suitable for electrophoresis of medium to large molecular weight proteins when used in combination with Bis-Tris protein gel.
